Our office is located at Plot 296 in the Sumati Smruti building, right on Swatantryaveersavarkarmarg near the Catering College in Dadar. It's a well-known spot in the neighborhood, so most people don't have a hard time finding us. We deal with project management and workforce stuff. Basically, we help find people for jobs and then make sure those jobs are running like they should. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Dadar is always crowded, so there's a constant hum of traffic outside our doors. We’ve grown used to it over the years. Inside, we keep things pretty basic. A few computers, some filing cabinets, and a table where we can sit down and talk. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're more than we are. We're just a group of people trying to make sure the work gets done and the workers are where they need to be. Sometimes it's a bit of a headache trying to coordinate everyone’s schedules, but that’s the nature of the business. We've been at this address for a while now. Most of our day is spent making calls and checking in on different sites. It’s practical work for practical people. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything. You just walk in and we're right there working. It works for us and it seems to work for the people we help out.
