Niche Interiors

Niche Interiors is located in the China Building right on the Main Road in Dharavi. We are all the way up on the 4th floor, in Gala No 466. If you're looking for us, we are right opposite Kamgar Medical, which is a good landmark because the Main Road gets really crowded. Being on the fourth floor means it’s a bit quieter than the street level, which helps when we are trying to focus on our interior projects. We do all sorts of things, from basic furniture to full room setups. Dharavi is a place where everyone is working hard, and we are no different. Our space is filled with different materials we use for our jobs. There isn't much in the way of decoration in the office itself since we’re usually too busy working on other people’s places. It is a bit of a climb since the building is older, but it is home for our business. We’ve been here for a while and know most of the other shop owners in the area. When a client comes by, we usually just sit down with a cup of tea and look at what they need. We don’t do fancy presentations; we just draw things out and explain how it will be built. It’s practical work for practical people. Most of our clients come from word of mouth in the neighborhood, which we appreciate. We just take it as it comes and keep the saws running.
