New Tech India Products Ltd is tucked away on the 4th floor of Plot X71, number 18, in the Godraj Station Side Colony. We’re over on the East side of Vikhroli near the railway station. Being so close to the station in Mumbai means there’s a constant sound of trains and people moving about. We are in the care of P. Suresh at this location. It’s a bit of a climb up to the 4th floor when the elevator is busy, but we don’t mind. The office is a busy place. We handle a variety of products, so there are always boxes being moved or samples being looked at. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to stay organized. Mumbai is a fast-paced city, and we try to keep up with the flow. Our desks are crowded with phones and computers. It’s a typical small business environment where everyone does a bit of everything. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew or a receptionist; we just take turns doing what needs to be done. We’ve been in Vikhroli for a while now and we like the convenience of the location for logistics. Most of the day is spent on the phone or responding to messages. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps the lights on. We just focus on the products and making sure they get to where they need to go on time. We don't have any corporate polish, just a group of people working hard.
