New India Construction Co

Our office is right on Plot Number 38 in Audumber Society here in Dhule. It is a quiet residential area, which makes it a nice place to work away from the main road noise and dust. New India Construction Co started out small, and we still feel that way even though we've done a lot of work across Maharashtra. The office is really just a room filled with blueprints, some old calculators, and stacks of notebooks. We usually start the day early, around seven, catching up with the site supervisors before they head out to the jobs. Living and working in Dhule means we know our neighbors and they know us by name. Most of our staff have been with us for many years now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a reliable one for the local people who hire us. Sometimes we run into issues with material deliveries or the weather doesn't cooperate at all, but that is just how construction goes. We use simple tools and honest labor to get things built. You won't find any flashy brochures or sales people here. If you walk into our place in Audumber Society, you might find us arguing over a drawing or just sharing a simple meal. We take pride in just getting the walls up and the roofs on. It’s practical work for practical people, and we truly like it that way.
