We are located on the third floor of the Kendriya Vihar building in Sector 11, New Mumbai. The office is listed under Rakesh Verma’s name at AH-2-36. Working out of a residential complex like this has its own feel. It is a bit more relaxed than the busy office districts in the middle of Mumbai. We spend most of our time in one main room where the computers are. The lift in the building is a bit old and sometimes it stops working, so we end up taking the stairs more than we would like. It keeps us moving, I suppose. We handle a lot of logistics paperwork and coordination from here. There is always a stack of files on the desk and the phone rings pretty often with drivers asking for directions or updates. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea throughout the day. The view from the window is mostly just other buildings in Kendriya Vihar. It is a practical space for us. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. People just walk in and we help them with whatever they need. New Mumbai is growing fast, and we see new people moving into the sector all the time. We just keep doing our thing, tracking shipments and making sure the logs are updated before we head home for the day. It is a simple routine that works for us.
