You can find us at 304 Siddhivinayak Apts. It’s right there in Shivaji Nagar on Subhash Road. Being located in Dombivli West means we are quite close to the station, which is very handy for everyone. New Consolidated Construction Co. Ltd. has its main office here among the regular residential flats of the building. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the site drawings and folders, but it suits us just fine. We do a lot of our work around the Thane district. The commute can be a bit much some days, but that’s just part of the job we chose. We aren't a big firm with a fancy lobby or a secretary sitting at the front. Usually, someone is just brewing a pot of tea while we talk about the latest project details. Construction is tough work and things don't always go as we planned. We spend a lot of our time on our phones trying to track down different suppliers. It is a very hands-on kind of business for us. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we really don't feel the need to. Our work speaks for itself if you take a look at the buildings we have finished recently. We have been through the various ups and downs of the local construction market. Some years are much busier than others. We just keep showing up every morning and doing what we know best. It's honest work and we like it.
