You can find us at the Chotani Building, 52B on the 4th floor, though we also use some space on the 1st floor too, over on Proctor Road. This is right in the heart of Grant Road East. It is a very old building with a lot of character. The lift is one of those old manual ones with the metal grill gate that you have to pull shut yourself every time. It is a bit temperamental but it gets us up and down eventually. Network Electro Devices (P) Ltd has been operating out of this location for a long time. The walls are thick and painted a light green color that is peeling in a few of the corners. We have stacks of electronic components and boxes everywhere you look. It is a bit of a maze in the back storage area. The windows look out onto the incredibly busy street below. You can hear the taxis honking and the people shouting to each other all day long. We have got a few old computers and a printer that seems to jam at least once a week. We do not mind the chaos much because it is just how life is in this part of Mumbai. We work long hours but we always make time for a tea break. Most of us take the local train to Grant Road station and then walk the rest of the way. It is a short walk but the sidewalks are always crowded with vendors and shoppers.
