Netway Home Products

Netway Home Products is located at Shivsmruti, Shop No.2, right on N. M. Joshi Marg in Lower Parel. This is a very crowded part of Mumbai, especially during the rush hours when everyone is heading to the station. Our shop is quite small, but we try to keep it stocked with all the basic things a person might need for their house. We sell kitchen items, plastic containers, cleaning supplies, and other small household goods. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people come in at the same time, but we make it work. We have been here for years, and we know most of the people who live in the nearby buildings. They often stop by on their way home to pick up something they forgot. We don't have a fancy display or bright neon lights. It is just a simple shop with shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling. In the monsoon, we have to be careful about the rain coming in through the front, so we keep the doorstep clear. We spend a lot of time just talking to customers and helping them find the right size of whatever they need. It is a lot of standing around and moving boxes, but that is just the way it goes. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just open up early and stay until the street gets quiet at night.
