Neptune Group

Neptune Group is based out of the Jagir Singh Building on Mahim Mori Road. It’s unit 30/C. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always crowded and there is a lot of movement on the streets. The building itself is an older construction, so it has that specific smell of old concrete and rain during the monsoon. We have a couple of desks shoved into the room and some shelves for all the files that seem to pile up no matter how much we try to organize them. The light coming in from the window is okay in the morning, but by the afternoon we have to switch on all the tube lights. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. It’s just a place where we sit and handle our business. There is a lot of noise from the road outside, mostly horns and the occasional shouting, but you get used to it after a week or two. We usually get our lunch from a small place down the street that does decent thalis. It’s just us doing our bit in this corner of the city. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just come in, do what we are supposed to, and head back home. It's a very straightforward way of living and working in Mumbai. The landlord is okay as long as we pay on time, so we just keep things moving.
