Neptune Enterprises,Bhandup Mumbai

Our office is on the fourth floor of Kailash Tower in Bhandup West. It’s flat number 404, so we have a bit of a view of the surrounding Kokan Nagar area if you look out the window. The building has a lift, but sometimes it is faster to take the stairs if it’s stuck on the top floor during lunch hour. It’s not a huge space, just a regular flat we converted for our work. We spend a lot of time here at Neptune Enterprises, mostly just managing things on our computers and taking calls. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because we are usually too busy with the day-to-day stuff. Mumbai weather makes the room quite warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always running at full speed. We know the security guard at the gate pretty well by now. There is a small market nearby where we pick up snacks or stationery when we run out. It is a practical setup for us. No one wears suits or anything like that here. We just wear what is comfortable for the heat and get on with it. Sometimes the neighbors in the building complain if we stay too late, but we try to keep it quiet. It’s a simple place to work from without any of that corporate feel you get in the big business parks.
