Neptune Enterprises

Our place is at Jay Prakash Road 5, inside the Shiv Shakti Cooperative Housing Society in Kanjurmarg East. Neptune Enterprises is a small outfit. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. Most people find us by word of mouth or by asking the neighbors. The office is basically one main room where we keep all our supplies and the computer. It’s nothing special, just a place to get the job done. We’ve been part of the housing society for a long time, so we know most of the people living around us. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We handle a variety of things, mostly whatever comes our way that needs doing. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If a customer calls, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. We like the direct approach. No fancy meetings or long-winded emails. We just talk to people and get to work. Kanjurmarg East is a good neighborhood for a business like ours because it’s easy to get around from here. We’re just a local team doing our bit day by day. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of work to finish. Sometimes the fan makes a clicking noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We stay busy and that is just how we like to keep it.
