Neptune Engineparts

Neptune Engineparts is located on the 8th floor of the Ecstasm Business Park. We are on JSD Road in Mulund West. Being up on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view of the city, which is nice when things get stressful. It’s a modern building, but inside our office, it’s all about the business of engine components. We have desks piled with catalogs and phones that seem to ring at the most inconvenient times. Mulund is a busy suburb, and getting to the business park in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the local traffic. Once we’re up here, though, it’s a different world. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure the parts are moving to where they need to go. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of layers; we are just a focused group of people who know our engines. The break room usually has a half-empty pot of coffee and some snacks someone brought from home. We don't have a polished corporate script for when we answer the phone. We just talk to people plainly and try to help them find what they need. It’s a mix of office work and the gritty reality of the spare parts industry. Even though we are in a sleek building, we still have that local shop feeling in how we work together.
