Our place is over in the Damji Samji Industrial Complex, specifically at unit 140. If you know Andheri East, you know how Mahakali Caves Road can get pretty crowded during the day. We’ve been set up here for a long time, dealing with all the lab work and different medicine-related stuff that comes through. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly quiet, but it works for what we do. Inside, it’s mostly just people in white coats and a lot of equipment that needs constant attention. We spend our days making sure the batches are right and following all the steps we have to follow. It’s a lot of routine, honestly. Someone is always checking a timer or writing something down in a logbook. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations since we're mostly focused on the technical side of things. Getting supplies in and out can be a bit of a headache with the traffic on the main road, but we’ve figured out the best times for the trucks to come. Most of us have been working together here for years, so we know the routine inside and out. It’s a steady kind of job. We take our breaks when we can and try to keep the lab as organized as possible, though on busy days, papers might pile up a bit on the desks. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
