We are Neobags Overseas Pvt Ltd, and we are located in Himalaya House on 79 Palton Road, specifically in units 507 to 509. It is a busy building and there is always someone coming or going in the elevators. Our office is where all the planning for the bags happens. We spend a lot of time looking at different fabrics and trying out new zipper styles to see what holds up. It is not just about making a bag; it is about making sure the handles don't fall off after a week of use. The desks are usually piled high with samples and shipping documents. We have to keep track of a lot of moving parts because we send things all over the place. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit loud in the small rooms we have. We don't have a big corporate setup with a lot of bosses. It is just a small team of us trying to stay on top of the orders. Palton Road is always crowded, so getting to the office in the morning is usually a bit of a challenge. We eat our lunch at our desks most days because there is always something that needs to be packed or checked. It is a basic operation, but we stay busy from morning until late in the evening.
