If you find yourself on C. P. Tank Road, you’ll see the Millennium Building. That’s where we are, specifically in Flat 104 on the first floor. It’s a lively area, to say the least. There is always someone shouting or a horn honking just outside. Our space is essentially an old flat that we’ve turned into our office. It has that lived-in feel to it. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We have our regulars who drop by for a chat or to settle some accounts. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We don’t have a corporate handbook or a list of fancy slogans. We just try to be decent people and get through the workload. The first floor is nice because we don’t have to wait for the elevator most of the time. The Millennium Building is a bit of a landmark around here, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. We’ve seen the street change quite a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. It’s a simple setup with just enough room for us and our records. We don’t ask for much more than that. It’s just a local business trying to do right by the folks we deal with. We keep at it every day, regardless of the heat or the noise outside.
