Our office for the Neev Group is located at C/O Shri Arvind Gunjkar. We are in the Panchganga Building, which is 401/3 on N. M. Joshi Marg. If you know Mumbai, you know Lower Parel is always a bit of a rush. It is a busy part of the city to work in. The office isn’t anything special. It is just a practical space where we handle the business. We have files stacked up on every available shelf. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts. It’s just rooms with desks. Mazgaon and Parel are where we do most of our running around. We spend a lot of time stuck in traffic or on the phone with different people across the group. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things get a bit chaotic. We just take it one day at a time. The building is older and has that specific Mumbai smell of rain and old concrete. We drink a lot of tea to get through the afternoon slump. We don't have any big mission statements. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a real place with real people working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive chairs.
