We are located in Borivali West, specifically at 204-A Green View Apartments on Ram Mandir Road. It is right by Pandit Chawl and Babhi Naka, which is a pretty busy part of the neighborhood. Being in real estate and building in Mumbai means we are always on our toes. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a regular apartment unit where we keep our files and meet with people. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now and have seen the area change a lot. There is always construction noise or traffic sounds coming through the windows, but that is just part of living and working in Mumbai. We spend a lot of our time going through documents, talking to contractors, and trying to keep our projects moving forward. It’s a lot of legwork and sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or city permits. We don’t have a big, shiny showroom with fancy lights. People usually come to us because they know we are local and we know these streets well. We prefer a more direct approach to business without all the corporate talk. If someone has a question about a property, they just sit down with us and we figure it out over a cup of tea. It is a busy life, but we like being right in the middle of everything here in Borivali West.
