Neelam Phyto-Extracts

We’ve been running things from the Kanara Business Center for quite a while now. Our office is in No. 106-107, which is tucked behind Everest Garden near Laxmi Nagar. If you know Ghatkopar East, you know it can get pretty crowded and loud, but once you’re inside, we’re mostly just focused on the phyto-extracts. It’s a lot of work dealing with plant materials and making sure the extraction process goes right. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the machines act up or a shipment is delayed because of the traffic on the main road, but we just deal with it as it comes. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the batches. If something isn't looking right, we don't send it out. It’s pretty simple. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, some testing equipment, and a lot of files. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. We know the neighbors and we know the local transporters. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just do the work, pack the extracts, and get them to where they need to go. It’s a practical business. We’re usually here early in the morning before the heat really kicks in. It’s just how we operate in Ghatkopar.
