We are located in the Fanooswala Building on Sankli Street. It’s right in the Madanpura area of Mumbai Central, just across from the Salvation Army. If you know that landmark, you won't have any trouble finding our door. The street is usually crowded and full of life, which is typical for this part of the city. We have a small office where we handle international travel and other related work. It’s not a very big space, but it serves us well for what we do. There are always papers on the desks and the phone rings quite a bit during the day. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their travel plans and trying to make sure everything is lined up correctly. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone shows up at once, but we manage. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us here trying to do a decent job every day. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and we know the area well. Most people around Sankli Street know where Fanooswala Building is. We don't use any fancy systems, just a couple of computers and some old-fashioned filing. It’s a practical way to work. We just take it one day at a time, helping whoever walks through the door with their paperwork or tickets. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up for the evening. No frills, just us in the office.
