Nayan Optics

Nayan Optics is our little shop located at I/33 in Kurla East. We are right in the Khar area, quite close to the Savli Hotel. If you can find the hotel, you are basically standing on our doorstep. The shop is a bit small, so we have had to get creative with how we stack our frames and equipment. We have been in this same spot for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves of glasses and the machines we use to check lenses. It is a quiet place for the most part, except for when the street outside gets noisy during the rush hour. We spend most of our time helping folks find a pair of glasses that actually fit their face. It isn't a high-pressure environment at all. We like to take our time and make sure things are done right. My desk is usually covered in tiny screws and cleaning cloths that I use for the repairs. We don't have a big team or a fancy reception area. It is just a couple of us who know how to handle the work. We aren't interested in being a big chain or anything like that. We just want to stay here in Kurla and keep doing what we know. People around here know they can just walk in and we will see what we can do.
