We are located on the second floor of the Moti Dharam Kanta Building, which is shop 13-C. It’s right across from the Mumbai Devi Temple, so the area is always busy with people and activity. Being up on the second floor means it’s a bit quieter than the street level, which is good for looking at jewellery. Our space isn't huge, but we have enough room for our display cases and a place for people to sit. We spend our days handling different pieces, checking the stock, and talking to whoever walks in. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping everything clean and organized. The building itself is an old one, typical for this part of the city. You have to walk up the stairs and find us at the end of the corridor. Most of our visitors are people who have been coming to us for years or those who were visiting the temple and decided to stop by. We don't use fancy lighting or high-tech security systems that you see in big malls. It’s a very traditional way of doing business. We sit behind the counter, show the items, and talk about the designs. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once, but we manage. It’s just a regular shop where we just handle whatever comes our way. We like the pace of things here, even when it gets tiring and the day feels quite long for everyone working.
