Navi Mumbai Sez Pvt. Ltd. is based here in Jai Towers. We are on Plot No. 68 in Sector 15 of CBD Belapur. It’s a pretty well-known building in this part of Navi Mumbai. Unlike some of the other offices, this one feels a bit more like a traditional workplace, but it’s still not very formal. We have our own corner and we just get on with things. There’s always someone coming or going because of the other offices in the tower. We handle the Mumbai side of the SEZ operations. It involves a lot of coordination and keeping track of different moving parts. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just work. We have a tea guy who comes around, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. The office is functional. We’ve got shelves full of binders and a few whiteboards that are mostly covered in scribbles. We don't have a polished About Us because we are too busy actually working. We are just a group of people who know the area and know how to get things done. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just try to stay organized and keep the project moving forward without any delays. It’s a busy spot but we’ve got a good rhythm going. That's really all there is to it. We show up, handle the files, and head out when the sun goes down.
