Navi Mumbai Sez Projects Pvt Ltd is where I work. Our office is actually inside Kapila Lokgram CHS Ltd, specifically in D/6/502. If you know Kalyan East, you know it can get pretty busy around here. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a cold office. We’ve got desks set up where there used to be a living room. It makes the day feel a bit more relaxed, I guess. We deal with project stuff mostly. There’s always a lot of files moving around. The view from the window is just the other buildings in the society. Sometimes we hear the neighbors or the kids playing outside. We aren't some big glass tower company. It’s just a small group of us making sure things move forward. We take our tea breaks together. Kalyan is a long way from the main city, but it’s home. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just come to the door and knock. It’s a practical way to run things without spending too much on fancy rent. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The fans hum all day and we stay busy with the local projects. It’s a decent place to spend the day. Nothing too complicated about it. We just do what needs doing every morning. No one wears a tie here. We just try to stay on top of the list for the week.
