Airoli has changed a lot, and we’ve seen it happen from our window. There’s always construction going on nearby. We keep our files in order as best as we can, though things get busy. It’s just a small team of us here. We know the local market well because we live and work right in it. It’s steady work, and we don’t feel the need to act like a big corporate chain. We just handle the property stuff and go home at the end of the day. It is straightforward and practical, just how people around here like it. No fuss.
