Our office is situated at Sun Estate, address numbers 1470 and 1471, right along the Mahim Causeway on General A. K. Vaidya Marg. It’s a very well-known part of Mumbai because of the bridge and the constant flow of traffic heading towards the city. Being near the causeway means we get a bit of a breeze from the sea, but we also get all the noise of the cars and buses passing by. We deal with real estate from this office. It’s a straightforward space where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for property in the area. We aren't interested in having a flashy, modern office. We just have the basic stuff we need—desks, chairs, and a good tea kettle for the afternoons. Working in Mahim is interesting because the neighborhood is always changing, with old buildings being torn down and new ones going up. We spend a lot of time checking out different plots and making sure our records are up to date. It’s just a small team of us here. We don’t do any big promotions or use fancy words to describe what we do. Most people find us because they’re stuck in traffic on the causeway and see our sign. We’ve been here for a good while and we know this part of town inside and out.
