We’re located over in Shanti Nagar, which is in Mira Road East. Specifically, we’re in Building C-58, Flat 203. It’s more of a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads of Thane. Working out of an apartment means things stay pretty casual. We have our computers and desks set up in the main room, and that’s where all the planning happens. Being part of the Nass Contracting team means we’re often out at different sites, so the office is sometimes empty during the day. We’ve been in this building for a few years now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going with blueprints and tools. Mira Road is a growing place, always something new being built, which keeps us quite occupied. The commute can be a bit of a headache with the traffic on the highway, but we’ve learned the best times to leave. We don’t have a big corporate banner or a lobby. People usually just give us a call or drop by if they’re in the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the contracts, talk to the suppliers, and make sure the guys on the ground have what they need. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s steady, and we like the community we’ve built around here in Shanti Nagar. Sometimes we have tea on the balcony while we discuss the next project.
