Tufropes Private Limited

We are based at Nariman Point, specifically in Maker Chamber III, units 25 and 26. Being in such a well-known part of Mumbai means there is always a lot of energy around. Tufropes Private Limited is where we handle all the rope business. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people typing away. Maker Chamber III is an older building but it has that solid feel to it. We have a lot of history in these rooms. The hallways are narrow and you always run into someone you know from another office. Our space is functional. We have desks piled with papers and some samples of different ropes tucked into the corners. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working office. We get in early to beat the worst of the Mumbai traffic, though that doesn't always work out. There is something about Nariman Point that keeps you on your toes. We take our breaks when we can, maybe looking out at the other buildings or grabbing a quick bite nearby. It’s a lot of coordination and logistics. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just make sure the orders are right and the ropes are going where they need to go. It’s a long day, every day, but it’s what we do here in the heart of the city. We just keep moving forward with the work.
