We operate out of Andheri, specifically at 20/202, which is where most of the daily work happens. Naresh Kuwadekar & Associate isn't some massive corporation with glass walls and receptionists. It's more of a practical space where we get the technical stuff done. The Andheri area is always busy, so getting here can be a bit of a crawl in traffic, but we’ve been in this spot for some time now. We handle various projects, mostly focusing on the structural side and making sure things actually hold up once they're built. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking measurements twice. Sometimes the coffee machine is the most important thing in the office when we're staying late to finish up a set of plans. We don't really do the whole fancy presentation thing. Usually, it’s just us showing you what can be done with the space you have and what the regulations allow. It’s honest work. The office is tucked away in the 20/202 building, so you might have to look a bit to find the right door. We’re usually there from morning until late evening, unless we’re out at a site checking on progress. It's a small team, so we know every detail of what's going on with each job. No one is just a number here. We just try to do the job right and move on to the next one without a lot of fuss.
