We operate out of the Industrial Assurance Building over in Churchgate. It’s a classic old building with high ceilings and heavy doors. Being in Churchgate means we are right in the middle of all the city action. You can hear the trains and the traffic from the windows if they’re open. Our office is pretty traditional. We’ve got wooden desks and filing cabinets that have been here for years. We handle various business matters for our clients. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone conversations. We don’t have any flashiness here. It’s just a place where work gets done. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a rhythm. We see a lot of people coming in and out of the building every day. It’s a busy environment. We don’t really bother with social media or modern marketing stuff. People know where to find us if they need us. Usually, it's folks we've known for a decade or more. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the news. It’s a very steady sort of place. Nothing too exciting happens, but we like it that way. We just keep things moving along and make sure our records are in order. It’s a solid way to make a living in a historic part of town.
