Nanai Dairy Private Limited has its main office over in Dadar West. We are situated in the Raj Anand building, on the fifth floor in room 501. The street is Vijay Manjrekar Path, and we are right across from the old Portuguese Church, which everyone in the neighborhood knows well. It’s a busy part of town, especially with the church nearby and all the flower sellers. We deal with dairy logistics and management from this office. It’s not a farm, obviously, but this is where the planning and the paperwork happen. The office is a bit old-fashioned with wooden desks, but it suits us just fine. We have a small team here, and we’ve been working together for years. You can hear the sounds of Dadar coming through the windows—the traffic, the people talking, and the bells from the church. We focus on getting the milk and dairy products where they need to be on time. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the timing is right. We don’t have any slick marketing teams; we just have regular people who know the dairy business. Sometimes the lift in Raj Anand is a bit slow or out of order, so some of us just take the stairs to the fifth floor. It’s a very local vibe here. We take our work seriously but we don’t feel the need to be formal all the time. Just a dairy office in a busy part of Mumbai.
