Name Of Sites

Our place is located in the Vastu Udyog Colony in Pimpri, which is part of the bigger industrial area near Pune. The address is 3/8, and it’s a fairly standard setup for this part of Maharashtra. We call ourselves Name Of Sites, which is a bit of a literal name, but it gets the point across. The colony is full of different small businesses and people living nearby, so there is always a lot of movement. Trucks are constantly coming in and out of the area, and the sound of machinery is pretty common. Our office is a simple room with a couple of tables and chairs where we keep track of the different locations we are managing. It can get pretty cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We spend a lot of time on the computer or writing things down in ledgers. The Pimpri-Chinchwad area is very industrial, so most of the people we deal with are either workers or other small business owners. We usually get our lunch from a small stall around the corner that makes good vada pav. The workday starts early and usually goes on until the sun sets. We don’t do anything too fancy here; it is just about keeping the records straight and making sure each site is accounted for properly. It’s a lot of routine, but the people in the colony are friendly, which makes the long hours go by a little faster, I suppose.
