Naman Impex Mumbai

Our office is located on C.P. Tank Road, which anyone in Mumbai knows is one of the busiest places you can find. We are in office number 11 A, inside the 52/54 building. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the hallway is usually crowded with boxes and people moving around. We handle import and export stuff, mostly paperwork and coordinating things. The desk is always covered in files and ledgers because we haven't quite moved everything to the computer yet. It’s a small room, and it gets pretty warm in the afternoons. We have a small fan that rattles a bit, but it helps. Outside the window, you can hear the horns honking and the shouting from the market all day long. It's never quiet here. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. If you come by, you just walk in and find someone at a desk. We’ve been in this building for years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to get it done. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking lists. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. There’s a tea stall right downstairs that we visit about five times a day. That’s where most of the real business talk happens anyway. It’s just how things work in this part of Mumbai.
