Nalanda Construcion

We are Nalanda Construction, and you can find us at Mary Diago Villa, number 109, right in Kirol Village. This part of Mumbai, the 400086 area, is where we do most of our living and our working. The office we have is basically just a room in the villa where we keep the site maps and the payroll books. It can be a bit of a maze getting around the streets of Kirol sometimes, but we have been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. We take on building jobs and repair work around the local neighborhood. It is a lot of local labor and getting our hands dirty on the actual sites. We do not have a big fancy sign or a glass building to show off. It is just us working out of a traditional spot in the village. The village atmosphere is still there even though Mumbai is growing so fast all around us. We spend most of the day out at the actual construction sites, so the office is often very quiet until the evening when we get back. We deal with bricks, cement, and local suppliers that we have known for many years. It is a simple way of doing our business. If a wall needs fixing or a small structure needs to go up, we handle it. We do not use big words or have long meetings. We just look at the site and start building.
