Nakoda Enterprise

Our office for Nakoda Enterprise is over in Malad. We are based in the Sheetal Nagar CHS Ltd building, specifically in the C Wing at No. 57. If you know S. V. Road, then you know how busy it gets around here. It’s a main artery for this part of Malad, so there is always a hum of activity outside our windows. Being part of a Cooperative Housing Society means we share the space with a lot of other units. It feels more like a community than a cold business park. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the neighbors pretty well. The C Wing is where we spend most of our hours. It’s a simple space, nothing too elaborate. We have our desks and our files, and that’s about it. Dealing with the traffic on S. V. Road is just part of the daily routine for us. Some days it’s quiet inside, other days it’s a bit more hectic depending on what’s coming in. We don’t really go for anything flashy. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home like everyone else in Sheetal Nagar. It’s a decent place to work from. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but No. 57 in the C Wing stays pretty much the same. It’s a reliable base for us here in Malad.
