Naivedya Properties Llp

Our office is in Flat No. 12 on the 3rd floor of the Poonawadi building, Plot No. 167-D. We are right at Dadar T T on B A Road. It’s a very central location, so it’s easy for us to get anywhere in Mumbai without too much trouble. Naivedya Properties Llp is just the name we use for our business. The building is an older one, but it has a lot of character and thick walls. We like it here. The office is basically just a modified residential flat. We have a small area where people can wait, but it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of cabinets. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning, just some good old ceiling fans that keep the air moving. Dadar is always bustling with people, and we’re right in the thick of it. We help people buy and sell properties around this area. It’s a lot of walking around and checking out different sites in the heat. We aren’t some big corporate entity with a polished image or marketing brochures. We’re just regular people who know the real estate business in this part of town. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, but we just chip away at it every day. We usually eat our lunch together at the big table in the back room. It’s a friendly place to work. Nothing too formal, just getting the job done as best as we can. We've been here for years and know everyone.
