Nadkar & Associates

Nadkar & Associates operates out of 12 Amirani Mansion, which is right on MMC Road in Mahim. Our building is connected directly to the main road, making it pretty easy to spot if you are driving by. We are situated right opposite the Tarzan Bar, which usually gets a laugh when we tell people how to find us. It’s a local landmark that everyone seems to know. The office is inside an older residential-style building that has been converted for business use. It has that lived-in feel, with tiled floors and high ceilings that keep it relatively cool even in the Mumbai heat. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture; most of our desks are old-fashioned wooden ones that have survived several monsoons. There is always a bit of a breeze coming through the main door, along with the sounds of the street. We keep things pretty informal here. There’s no big lobby or someone waiting to take your coat. You just walk in and we are there working at our desks. Sometimes the office gets a bit disorganized with piles of folders and various documents, but we know where everything is. It’s a small, local setup where we spend our days dealing with whatever comes across our desks. We aren't big on ceremony or making things look more impressive than they are. It's just our little corner in Mahim where we keep things moving along.
