Naaz International

Our shop is located at Shop No. 1 & 2 in the A Batiwala Compound. We are in Mumbai Central, right near the City Center Mall. It’s a very active part of the city. There’s always the sound of horns and people talking. We deal with international trade and goods. Because we are near the mall, there’s always someone walking past the door. The compound is old but it works for what we need. Inside, we have rows of samples and boxes ready to go. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails on the old computer. It’s a lot of paperwork to keep track of everything. Mumbai Central can be a tough place to get around because of the crowds, but we like being in the middle of it. We have a small staff and we’ve all worked together for a long time. We eat lunch together in the back most days. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the street, so we have to wipe things down often. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s just a place where business gets done. We handle different types of products depending on what’s needed. It’s a lot of logistics and timing. We just try to keep things moving smoothly from one day to the next. The mornings are the best time when the compound is still waking up.
