N Space Consultants

Our office at 118 in Kandivali East is where N Space Consultants does its thing. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of people. Instead, we are a small group that looks at spaces and tries to figure out how to use them better. We spend a lot of time with tape measures and drawing plans on the computer late into the evening. Kandivali is a crowded area, so we know all about trying to make the most of a small room or an awkward layout. Our desks are usually a mess of blueprints, rulers, and half-drunk cups of tea that have gone cold. We don't put on any acts here. If a plan won't work, we just say so straight out. We've had people come in with all sorts of ideas, and we do our best to put those ideas on paper. It's not always easy, and sometimes we have to redraw things three or four times before it feels right to everyone. We like the local vibe of being in the East side. It feels more grounded than the fancy parts of town. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area with magazines. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a drawing and say hello. We’ve been at this for a while and we just like the process of seeing a project go from a rough sketch to something real and useful. It's how we spend our days.
