Myoho Realty

Myoho Realty is tucked away near Lamington Road, specifically in Saraswat Colony. If you know the area, you know it can be quite a mix of shops and residential buildings. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood looking at different properties and talking to owners. The office is our home base where we keep all the files and keys. It's not a huge place, just enough room for a few desks and a place to sit. Dealing with property around here means knowing the streets well. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm. We are just a few people who know Lamington Road and the surrounding blocks inside out. Some days we are out all afternoon showing people around, other days we are just stuck inside doing the boring stuff like checking lease terms and paperwork. Saraswat Colony is a decent place to be based. It feels a bit more like a community than some of the newer parts of the city. We see the same faces every day at the tea stall nearby. That is the kind of vibe we have at Myoho Realty. We just take things as they come and try to help people find what they need without making it complicated. It's a lot of phone calls and waiting for people to show up for appointments. That is basically our life here. The office door is usually open to let in a bit of a breeze while we work.
