My Slim Mantra

My Slim Mantra is located on the second floor of the Ahcl Commercial building in room A 203. We are in the Dr Ambedkar Nagar area of Borivali West, right on New Link Road. If you see the Shimpoli MTNL office, we are just across from there. It’s a pretty easy spot to find, although the parking around here can be a bit of a headache during the day. We’ve been in this office for a while now, helping people figure out their weight and how to eat a bit better. It’s not a gym with heavy weights or anything like that. It’s more of a quiet place where we sit down and look at what’s going on with your health. The room is simple, just some chairs and some equipment for measurements. We don’t do any of those loud advertisements or big promises. It’s just about making small changes that actually work for you. People usually come in after seeing our sign on the road or because someone they know told them about us. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, and we try to keep it that way so nobody feels nervous when they walk in. Dealing with weight is hard enough as it is. We are just local people trying to help other locals get a bit healthier without making it a big deal. The elevator in the building is a bit slow.
