Mumbai Goods

Mumbai Goods is right in the middle of everything on Bellasis Road. We're very close to the Orchid City Center, so it’s always crowded and noisy around here. That’s just Mumbai Central for you. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a small space, but we make it work by stacking things high. It can be a real headache getting trucks in and out with all the traffic on the road, but we manage. Most of our day is spent moving boxes and checking lists. We deal with all kinds of items coming through. It's not a glamorous job. My clothes usually end up dusty by noon. We don't have a big team, just a couple of guys who know how to handle the heavy stuff. The neighborhood is fast-paced. You have to be quick or you get in the way of someone else. We keep our doors open and just get on with the tasks. People stop by to ask for prices or to see if their stuff arrived yet. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of paperwork that sometimes gets coffee spilled on it. We don’t bother with much else besides the daily grind. It’s just how things are done here. If you know the area near the city center, you’ve probably walked right past us without even noticing.
