We are located in the heart of the Bharat Lokhand Bazar at Shop No. A-5, right in the 1st Lane. It’s a very old part of the city near Two Tank on M.S. Ali Road. If you are coming from Grant Road East, you know how crowded it gets with all the metal and hardware being moved around. Our shop is small and packed with iron goods from the floor to the rafters. It is a noisy place, and there is always the smell of metal in the air. We have been here for a long time, so we know most of the other shopkeepers in the lane. We don't have a fancy computer system or anything; we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way with paper and pens. People come in looking for specific sizes of pipes or beams, and we spend a lot of time digging through the stacks to find them. The area near Two Tank is always a bit chaotic with the handcarts and the traffic. It’s not the kind of place you come for a quiet chat. We work long hours, and the shop gets pretty hot in the summer months. We just stay focused on the customers and the heavy lifting. It’s a tough business, but it is what we know. We don't spend money on advertising because the market is so busy that someone is always walking by looking for something.
