We are located at C-1 in the Anik Smriti building. Gavan Pada is a quiet enough part of Mulund compared to the main roads. We’ve been here for a long time, and the office hasn't changed much in that period. We have desks pushed against the walls and a lot of samples sitting around on every available surface. Marketing sounds like a big word, but for us, it’s just about getting the word out and talking to people. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just driving around to meet folks. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just come in and find one of us. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind. We get a lot of sunlight in the mornings, which is nice. Sometimes we forget to turn the lights on until it’s actually dark. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address or expensive furniture. Everything we have is used and functional. We know the local shops and the people who run them. That’s how we operate—just building relationships over a long time. It’s not fast work, but it’s steady. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a simple way of doing business but it works for us and we like being in this neighborhood.
