Jadhao Layland Private Limited

You’ll find Jadhao Layland over in Mulund West at the O2 Business Complex. We’re in A-1107, which is right across from Aasha Nagar in the Minerva Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it’s a solid building. Our workspace is pretty functional. Since we deal with things related to Layland, there’s a lot of technical talk and heavy catalogs lying around. It feels more like a workshop than a fancy office. The walls are a plain color and we have some old calendars hanging up. Mulund is a busy industrial hub, so there’s always the sound of trucks and machinery nearby. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or art. We just need desks that hold our files and computers. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we’re like a small family. We know the regular customers by their first names. If a part is missing or a client is in a hurry, we just roll up our sleeves and fix it. There’s no big corporate ladder here. If something needs doing, the person closest to it does it. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork moving so things don't pile up. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We’re just here to do our jobs and go home to our families.
