Our workshop is located at number 232 in the Bharat Industrial Estate on L.B.S. Marg. Anyone who drives in this part of the city knows that L.B.S. Marg is always packed with traffic, so we try to get here early before things get too crazy. We work with different types of instruments, which means there is always something being calibrated or tested on the benches. It’s a technical environment, but it feels more like a local garage than a laboratory. Tools are scattered around and plenty of diagrams are pinned to the walls. It’s not a place for people who like everything to be perfectly clean and shiny. We are more interested in making sure the instruments are working right. The industrial estate has a lot of different businesses, so there is always a lot of noise and activity in the hallways. We have a small corner where we keep the paperwork, but most of the action happens at the worktables. We don't really do any big sales pitches. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it keeps us busy enough. After the workday ends, we usually spend a few minutes tidying up before heading back out into the traffic. It can be a long drive home, but that is just how it is living in this city. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
