We’ve been here at Gandharva Apartment for a while now. It’s right on Rambaug Lane 4 in Kalyan West. If you know the area, it's pretty busy, but we manage to get things done from this office. People around here usually know where to find us. We handle the local telephone and internet stuff. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we deal with the day-to-day work. Sometimes the lines get busy or there’s a bit of a wait, but that’s just how it goes with utility work. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been working in Thane district for years. We know the streets and the common issues people have with their connections. It’s a lot of paperwork and technical troubleshooting. We don't really do big ads or anything. Most folks just walk in when they have a problem or need a new line put in. The office is tucked away in the building, so you have to look for the sign. We try to keep things moving. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. Working in Kalyan has its challenges, especially with the traffic on the main roads, but we’re used to it by now. Just a local spot doing the work that needs doing for the neighborhood. It’s simple and we like it that way.
