Up on the 11th floor of the B-wing in Uti Paradise, things stay pretty busy. We are right in the heart of CBD Belapur, which is a big hub in Navi Mumbai. Being at Sector-15 means there is always something going on outside, lots of office workers and cars. Our space is high up, so you get a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at computer screens or stacks of files. Since this is an SEZ related office, there is plenty of technical stuff to manage every single day. It’s not a cozy little shop; it’s a proper office environment, but we try not to let it feel too stiff. The elevators can take forever during the lunch rush when everyone is trying to get down to the street. We’ve been in this building for some time now. People know us as the folks in Dp-5. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and taking calls. Navi Mumbai has its own rhythm, and we are just part of it. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is just on getting the day's tasks finished so we can go home. It’s a long commute for some of us, but that’s just life in the city. The office is functional and gets the job done without any unnecessary drama. We just show up and keep things moving along.
