Our place is located in Sagar Mansion, which is an older building on N. M. Joshi Marg in Lower Parel. We are in Room No. 78, which is on the 35/37 side of the structure. It’s right opposite the old Deepak Cinema, a place that most people in Mumbai use to find their way around this part of town. Lower Parel is always moving, always loud, and always crowded, so being in a building like Sagar Mansion feels very much like being in the heart of the city. As builders and developers, we spend a lot of time dealing with the city’s busy energy. The office isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our planning and meet with people about different projects. Since we are in Room 78, it’s a bit of a walk up, but it’s a solid space for working through the technical details of property development. You can hear the traffic and the sounds of the street from the window, but that’s just Mumbai for you. We don't have any shiny logos or expensive carpets in here. It’s just a room with enough chairs for the staff and a big table for looking at site maps. We deal with a lot of local regulations and paperwork, so there are always files stacked up somewhere. It’s an honest way to make a living, helping to change the skyline of the city bit by bit from a small office in Lower Parel.
