You can find us at unit 133 in the Hindustan Kohinoor Industrial Complex. We’re right on LBS Marg in Vikhroli West. It’s a big complex with a lot of different businesses, so it can be a bit of a maze if you haven’t been here before. We’ve been running M/S Tribotech from this unit for quite some time now. Our space is mostly taken up by supplies and equipment. We aren't the type to have a sleek reception area with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. We deal with industrial supplies and technical services, so our hands are often a bit dirty from the warehouse. Vikhroli is a good spot because it’s easy for us to get to different parts of Mumbai from LBS Marg. The traffic is usually a nightmare, but we’ve learned to work around it. The team here is small and we all pitch in with everything, from answering the phone to packing boxes. We like the industrial feel of the complex. It’s a place where people actually build and move things. We don’t spend much on advertising; most of our work comes from being reliable and knowing our products inside out. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just here to get the job done and keep our customers happy so they come back next time they need something.
