Getting to Sakinaka every morning is a bit of a trek, especially with the traffic on Andheri Kurla Road. Our office is in Sagar Tech Plaza, B Wing, up on the sixth floor. It’s a big building, and we’ve been here for a good few years now. The elevators are usually crowded around 10 AM, so some of us just take the stairs if we’re feeling active. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of technical drawings or craft work related to the tech side of things. We do a lot of back-and-forth on projects. It’s a private limited company, but it feels more like a small workshop sometimes because we’re always tinkering with something. Mumbai gets really humid, so the AC is always humming in the background. We have our lunch together most days, usually talking about anything but work. The view from the window isn't much, just more buildings and the metro line, but it keeps us connected to the city's buzz. We handle a lot of the technical stuff that people don't really see. It’s not a glamorous job, just steady work that keeps the lights on. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is hitting us hard, ordering rolls from the place downstairs. It’s just how we operate. No big speeches, just getting the day's tasks finished so we can head home and do it again tomorrow.
